13 Days Before We Leave

13 days to finish packing up all the amazing donated supplies, buy more medicine from the financial donations, cut up, glue, fold and paste supplies for our English lessons at the school, pack up carpentry tools AND a take apart a table saw in order to get it into separate suitcases, practice skits, songs and do all that needs to be done to leave a house and family members behind. Whew!!

I am grateful for the amazing team that God has put together for this Thanksgiving week in Haiti! We range in age from 13 up to 60-something representing a great wealth of experience, wisdom and energy. We have carpenters, musicians, a nurse and chiropractor, students, a cook and various other occupations represented though we are ready to work outside of our talents & experience knowing that God will provide according to His plan for us and the people of Haiti.

Please pray for the remaining plans and decisions to fall into place and that we and our families stay safe & healthy throughout this God-designed adventure. I invite you to check out the websites of the organization we are working with along with the organization that has the orphanage we will be staying at for our last day (and night) in Haiti.
Thanks for sharing our journey!

  1. SuAnne, It's great to hear you are going to Haiti again. Our family plans to spend Christmas in Haiti this year. I saw you had Mission of Hope Haiti as one of your websites. Are you going thru them? That is the mission that Kylie went with on her first trip! Great organization! Will be prayin for you!
